Hello CFT families,

We hope that this message finds you all well and you are finding ways to make the best of a very difficult situation. These are indeed uncertain times and we are all experiencing the
effects from different perspectives BUT there is comfort in knowing that we are all experiencing this TOGETHER and we will get through this, from afar, but TOGETHER. Our hearts are
warmed when we hear stories in the community of people offering a helping hand to those who are struggling to obtain what they need, offering advice to parents who are looking for
ways to keep their children busy and to ease their anxieties and simply having compassion for all.

We have been monitoring the news and the recommendations and we feel that it is in everyone's best interest to follow the precautionary steps that the town of West Hartford and
Department of Education have been taking. We will remain closed and suspend all programming for the time being and will keep everyone posted as often as possible. We do not know
what the situation will look like in the next few months and we are unsure if our spring show will go on as scheduled. Unfortunately, we have to take this one day at a time.

Are you still accepting camp registrations?
Yes! We are still accepting registrations for our spring break and summer camps. CFT has always and will continue to cap the student count at 25 students per session. If we are up and
running for our spring break camp, we anticipate it filling quickly. We expect the same with our summer camps. Registration with a deposit only WILL hold your spot in the program.

If a program does not run, will we receive a refund?
~Yes. We will issue a refund for those who request it; however, please understand that it may take some time to process all refunds. We suggest registering with a deposit only for the
time being.

Will you be holding any online classes?
~At the moment, we do not have online training available; however, we are exploring options and possibilities in the case that this situation goes beyond March 31st.

How can we help CFT?
~Like many other theatres, our programming and shows are facing the possibility of further postponement and cancellation. As tuition and tickets sales cover the bulk of our operating
expenses, the loss of this income will cause a set back that will be difficult to recover from.

There are ways that you can help during these trying times:
~If you have purchased tickets or registered for a class, please consider accepting a credit rather than a refund for the time being or, if possible, consider it a tax-deductible donation.
~Make CFT your charity of choice for your annual giving.
~Keep the faith and know that Steve and I will continue to pour our heart and soul into CFT and we will do whatever it takes to provide a home for our passionate young artists and their

We are using this time to clean and reorganize and get the theatre in tip-top shape for your return. We miss you all and it is far too quiet without the joyful sound of children doing what they
love at CFT. Dill and Boo miss you too!

Stay healthy, stay in touch and hopefully we'll see you soon!

Much Love,

Miss Lori and Mr. Shteeeve
